How can I return my entire order or part of it?
If you decide to return the product to us within 30 days, please remember that we are unable to accept returns after this period. We will refund the entire order within 5 days of receiving the product, although we cannot refund the cost of returning the product.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns if the product packaging has been opened or if the product shows signs of use.
If the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition, it may be eligible for a return.
Defective or Faulty Products
If your product has a defect or does not function as expected, we will accept returns when accompanied by photo or video evidence of the issue.
Once verified, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement based on your preference.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product and confirm its eligibility, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Please note that the cost of returning the product is non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.
This process applies to all products:

3. If we can accept the return (within an acceptable timeframe), ensure the product is in brand new, undamaged condition, including tags and accessories, and securely package the returned product in its original packaging.
4. Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service.
5. Send the Track & Track code to our customer service.
6. Once we receive and inspect your package within 3 days of receipt, we will refund the returned product using the payment method you used for the product.
